A veteran building designer and program strategist, Stephen brings over a decade of hands-on experience navigating the complexities of building design, engineering coordination, and regulatory compliance across California.
Stephen’s leadership is defined by a simple, human-centric philosophy: "Spatial data should work for people—not the other way around." Rather than delivering overwhelming technical data, Stephen leads the company as a client-focused consulting partner. He specializes in bridging the communication gaps between facility managers, architects, contractors, and city building departments.
